Cleaning our rooms at BESOTEL
Our flats have from 1 to 3 bedrooms and in some cases one bathroom, kitchen, hallway and living room per bedroom. Room cleaning is an essential part of our guest service. Our rooms at the BESOTEL are clean, tidy and comfortable for you as a guest. This standard is generally guaranteed by our specially trained cleaning staff. Thorough cleaning is crucial in order to offer you a pleasant and hygienic stay. We check the cleaning results at regular intervals.
Guest room cleaning includes dusting all surfaces, cleaning floors, changing bed linen and towels, replenishing toilet paper, soap and other necessary products. Particular attention should be paid to high-traffic areas such as door handles, light switches and remote controls, as these are potential sources of germs. The use of disinfectant cleaning products is particularly important in these areas.
In addition to the guest rooms, the communal areas also need to be cleaned regularly. However, even our employees are not perfect, as all flats are individual. If we have overlooked anything, please send us a message via this link.
The cleaning costs vary depending on the occupancy (1 - 6 persons) and size (37 - 145 m2) between 20 € and 100 €. Please understand that we can only communicate the prices at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to charge extra costs for particularly dirty flats. Smoking in our flats is strictly forbidden. Disinfection after smoking costs 350 €. Parties are not permitted.
