The origins of BESOTEL® are an unusual little story. It all started with floor coverings and interior fittings in buildings. The work was always completed to the customer's utmost satisfaction. As a result, the requirements increased. There were tasks that could only be solved with fresh ideas and inspiration. And with each new challenge, experience and expertise grew in trades such as flooring, drywall finishing, painting and tiling, roof extensions and even complete property renovations. Over the years, this intensive work gave rise to a burning desire to apply their own expertise, quality awareness and attention to detail to the renovation and utilisation of their own properties.

Thus the idea for BESOTEL **** holiday flats was born.

A bit of chance also played a part: Lara Hartung, a trained event organiser, was recruited for the operational implementation of the BESOTEL® idea. She lives in Erkrath, the gateway to the world-famous Neandertal. Right in the centre of the Neanderland holiday destination with excellent transport links to the Düsseldorf - Cologne - Ruhr metropolitan region. Here, on the edge of a nature reserve, more and more holidaymakers are looking for relaxation, business people are looking for relaxing accommodation during their working stays and families are looking for replacement accommodation when their own home cannot be available as usual for family reasons, due to damage, mould infestation or water/fire damage.

Lara Hartung and her project team developed the concept for their boutique hotel in order to fulfil their guests' expectations and desires for comfort, spaciousness, contemporary design, state-of-the-art technical equipment and attractive additional services. In the next stage of expansion, a former hotel in the district town of Mettmann was completely renovated and converted into 14 further holiday flats and flats. Each flat is furnished according to its own idea. The carpeted floors are allergy-friendly. Box spring beds ensure a good night's sleep.
