We hope that you have a good time in our apartments. Our "Little BESOTEL® House Rules" are intended to provide you with assistance and guidelines on how we expect other guests, our properties, the furnishings and the inventory to be treated. By adhering to these rules, you will actively help us to continue to offer you beautiful accommodation in the future.

General

Normally there will be other guests staying in our buildings during your stay. Please be friendly and considerate of them.

Our apartments and apartments are individually designed and fully furnished properties. Everything in our properties and on the grounds around them may and should also be used by our guests.

Please handle everything with care, treat everything with care and ensure that your guests do the same. Please watch out for heavily soiled shoes and turn off the lights when you leave the property.

Also remember that water is a precious and scarce resource. If you need a change of towels, please leave them outside the door. We charge a flat rate of 250 euros for any extra cleaning that becomes necessary due to your behavior outside of our house rules. Are you missing something? Do you need help? Then contact us with confidence.

Garbage and waste

Please separate waste according to the relevant regulations. You will find the necessary bins in the kitchen and in front of the house.

Smoking and parties

We kindly ask you not to smoke in our properties. Please understand that we also want to rent our properties to non-smokers. There is an ashtray on the litter garbage cans on the street if you wish to smoke. Parties are not permitted.

Keys/access codes

Please do not give your key or access code out of your hand and always take it with you when you leave the house.

WLAN and multimedia

You have free access to our WLAN in all our properties. You can log in via My Hotspot BESOTEL. You will find the password in the printed version of these house rules on site. If you have problems logging in to the WiFi, please refer to the instructions in our guest app.

The most important receivable channels are programmed into the TV and radio sets in our properties. You can call up a list via the remote controls. Please do not change the programming. If you set a different language on the TV, please switch back to German before you leave.

Parking

You will find information on parking facilities in your property. If the property you have booked has its own parking lot, please only use this parking lot.

Valuables

BESOTEL® accepts no liability for your personal belongings, cash or valuables, even if they are in the safe.

Departure and check out

Check out on the day of departure is 11 am at the latest. Please leave our properties as you found them.
