Quiet location on the upper floor, lounge-style living room, two bedrooms, combined kitchen/dining room, bathroom, hallway, covered balcony terrace: the large, clear rooms of our Hochdahl holiday flat are exclusively furnished and convey a spacious ambience. The ceiling construction with exposed beams also contributes to this. Up to four guests can be accommodated perfectly. An extra bed can be added in the lounge.

Two individually designed bedrooms are located in the rear sleeping area of our holiday flat, which is screened off by the hallway, and offer plenty of space for up to four guests. From the windows of the bedrooms you can enjoy a view over the greenery to the nature reserve. We have placed particular emphasis on the exclusive choice of furniture and fabrics. The carpets are allergy-friendly because they hold fine dust well.

The comfortable BOXSPRING double beds can also be set up individually as twin beds at your request. We have placed bedside lamps with USB ports for charging mobile phones next to the double beds for each of you.

In the open wardrobes you will find plenty of storage and hanging space for your clothes. A luggage rack helps you to unpack and pack. You can completely darken the bedrooms with the light-proof curtains. A large, wide mirror complements our bedroom furnishings. The lighting in each bedroom is individually matched to the respective colour scheme: The first bedroom is in copper colours, the second in earthy tones.

The carpet tiles look chic and won't bother you if you are allergy-sensitive. The modern furniture is based on contemporary ideas and was made according to our ideas. The living room therefore has its very own lounge character.

The comfortable 3-seater sofa is perfect for cosying up on. The two lounge armchairs complete the seating area.

Two elegant table lamps with large lampshades create a romantic atmosphere when it gets dark outside. The sophisticated lighting allows you to set different light profiles, depending on what suits your day best. Dark curtains protect you from too much sunlight. The large Smart TV with satellite connection and web access can entertain you with over 400 international channels - or you can stream the music you want to listen to.

From the living room, you can step out onto the covered balcony terrace, where a teak seating area with table and four chairs awaits you.

The large kitchen in our Hochdahl holiday flat is fully equipped and has an oak dining table with space for four people.

The kitchen is furnished with kitchen fronts made of real wood. You'll find everything you need to develop your cooking skills: plenty of worktop space, ceramic hob with extractor fan, oven, microwave with grill, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, sink with two sinks and pull-out tap. The coffee machine ensures the best coffee enjoyment from freshly ground beans.

There is crockery and cutlery, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, blender and much more. Even ingredients such as oil, vinegar, salt and spices are available.

You can access the covered balcony terrace through the patio door. Relax on the teak seating area while enjoying breakfast for four or a glass of wine in the evening.

The large bathroom is connected to the two bedrooms via the hallway. The fittings with shower, bathtub, washbasin, illuminated vanity mirror, bidet and WC are completed by a second, large mirror. Black tiles and ceiling set accents. Recessed spotlights provide bright illumination in the bathroom. The washbasin with vanity unit offers plenty of space for your toiletry bags, cosmetics and hygiene accessories. You can safely park your smart phone on the mobile phone holder next to the toilet while you are in the bathroom. Many useful utensils such as a hairdryer, ironing board, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush and cosmetic tissues are of course at your disposal.
