Comfortable location on the ground floor with barrier-free access, spacious living room as a retreat, three bedrooms, combined kitchen/dining room, bathroom, hallway, two terraces: The large living space of our holiday and everyday flat Tongrube gives you a spacious ambience. The fireplace in the living room, the view of the green Neandertal valley and the versatile use of the two terraces also contribute to this. Up to five guests can be accommodated. An additional cot can be added.

Two beautiful and practical bedrooms, each with a BOXSPRING double bed 180 x 200 cm, are located at the rear of the flat. The third bedroom, also at the rear, is furnished with a 140 x 200 cm French bed and a large sliding-door wardrobe. The comfortable box-spring beds can also be set up individually as twin beds on request. Open wardrobes and two large sliding-door wardrobes offer plenty of storage and hanging space for your clothes and living utensils.

You can completely darken each bedroom with the curtains and electric shutters. The carpet is allergy-friendly, as it is particularly effective at trapping fine dust. There are bedside lamps and USB sockets for charging mobile phones next to the beds for every guest.

The extremely large living room with an area of around 35 square metres in the Tongrube flat offers enough space for five to six guests. You will love the garden view, the country-style furnishings and the beautiful decorations. There is a comfortable couch for 4 people as well as an additional lounge chair.

The carpet tiles in the living room are particularly suitable for allergy sufferers. In addition to three hanging lamps in the centre of the living room, which provide warm light and create a cosy atmosphere, there are further table lamps and a floor lamp. The large window to the rear terrace has LED lighting with variable colour scenarios.

The large Smart TV offers over 400 channels, including international ones. A printer with paper is available for office work, which you can connect to your computer equipment via Airprint.

From the living room you can reach the adjoining terrace and the rear garden.

The kitchen in the Tongrube flat is ideal for five guests. You will find a ceramic hob with extractor fan, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave with grill, a large American fridge with a large freezer compartment and a bar table. The coffee machine brews fresh coffee beans for you. There is also plenty of crockery and cutlery, a kettle, egg cooker, toaster, blender and much more. Even oil, vinegar, salt and spices are available.

In the adjoining dining room there is a large table with seating for 4 and a bench. From here you have access to the rainproof terrace and the front garden. There you will find a teak seating area with table and garden chairs including cushions.

From the hallway you can reach the large bathroom with shower, bathtub, washbasin, bidet and WC. Many useful utensils such as a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and various toiletries are provided as standard. The washbasin with cabinet offers plenty of space for your toilet accessories. The mobile phone holder next to the toilet is a clever feature.

There is also a cupboard on the wall with "first aid" equipment.
